I’ve always been passionate about mental health and personal growth but have spent much of my life working in other fields – film and construction among other careers. Over time, I became drawn to psychotherapy as a way to fulfill my drive to help others. I deeply enjoy nature and the arts. I dance regularly, hunt seasonally, and fish as often as I can. I love being a dad and a husband, being silly, being strong, listening deeply, learning from my failures and rebounding with greater insight. All this is to say that I draw heavily on my own journey in my work, especially the trauma, struggles and mistakes. Marriage, parenting, career and mid-life transitions are really hard. I’m here for it all. I want to hear your story, make space for you to go deep, be your ally, and help you fulfill your potential.
